These sessions are beneficial anytime your path is unclear, blocked, or simply unfulfilling. When vision for your future is blurred, or your dreams seem unattainable, one session can reveal new opportunities and establish a clear direction. Over the course of a series of sessions, you will gain insight and an array of tools that will carry you forward on the journey of your dreams.
Clients come for help with a variety of problems such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, insomnia, stress, health, confusion, lack of direction, and inability to make decisions. Here are just a few of the possible benefits of Transformational Healing sessions:
Each session is unique to you and the particular moment you are experiencing in your life. Your first session may be 90-120 minutes in length and will begin before your first visit. Follow-up sessions usually last between 60 and 90 minutes.
First, we’ll talk so that I can answer any questions you may have and see how a Transformational Healing session might be a good fit for you now. Then you’ll complete a brief questionnaire that will inform our work.
Before we meet, I’ll spend time in meditation, journeying to connect with the energies that are coming together for your healing and transformation. I’ll tap into higher realms and wisdom resources that will help you move forward with conscious soul-level awareness.
When we meet, either at a distance on video or in-person, we’ll talk a bit. Then we’ll move ahead with the healing work. Since every Transformational Healing session is personalized, you will experience a synergistic blend of several modalities that naturally serve the issue at hand, and what is in your highest good. After the session, it’s important to hydrate well, rest, and generally take time to integrate the healing and process. It’s best to be gentle with yourself. Eat lightly, drink lots of water, take quiet time to reflect and journal. You may have an increase in dreams for the week after, so it can be helpful to keep a diary or journal near your bed so you can record your impressions right away.
